- Returns on unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached are accepted within 14 days of receipt of item.
- Returns are eligible for store credit only.
- Items must be returned with a receipt and can be returned for store credit only.
- Intimates, hats, clearance, and seasonal items are FINAL SALE and are NOT returnable.
- Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.
- SHOES MUST BE PACKAGED IN A PROTECTIVE BOX OR BAG! Do NOT affix a label directly to the shoe box or it will be marked Return to Sender and not eligible for return.

Exchanges:
- Send your unwanted item back within 14 days to receive store credit.
- All unwanted items must be received within the 14 day window, no exceptions will be made.
- Once your return has been received and your store credit issued, simply re-order the item you are wanting, as we cannot guarantee an exchange will be available for your particular item.

Damages:
- If an item arrives to you damaged, we ask that you return it to us immediately.
- You will need to report the damaged item to us within 14 days of receipt.
- If the item is returned to PCB and we find sign of wear or damage, the package will be returned to you and a refund will not be given.
