Introducing the Portia Mini Dress. This dress is already becoming a customer favorite.  It is so flattering and fits so well.  The fabric is a little thicker and hides any imperfections.  It features a gold zipper on the neckline that allows you to adjust to your liking.  Portia has the prettiest sleeve detail.  The sleeves are a tad longer which is great for ladies that don't like their upper arms exposed.  And it has pockets!!  This dress can easily be dressed up or down.  Make it casual with your favorite sneakers or dress it up with booties.
