• Mixer Melts: These small melting blocks or tarts come in all your favorite Tyler scents. Simply add them to your Mixer Melter, Radiant Fragrance Warmer, or Scentsy Warmer. Heat the Mixer Melts for 30-60 minutes until the wax has completely melted allowing your favorite scent to last for hours. Many customers also enjoy creating their own fragrances by combining a few of their favorite Tyler scents.

• Returns on unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached are accepted within 14 days of receipt of item.

• Intimates, hats, clearance, and seasonal items are FINAL SALEand are NOT returnable.
• Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.
• SHOES MUST BE PACKAGED IN A PROTECTIVE BOX OR BAG! Do NOT affix a label directly to the shoe box or it will be marked Return to Sender and not eligible for return.

• If an item arrives to you damaged, we ask that you return it to us immediately.  
• You will need to report the damaged item to us within 14 days of receipt.
• If the item is returned to PCB and we find sign of wear or damage, the package will be returned to you and a refund will not be given.
