• Returns on unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached are accepted within 14 days of receipt of item. 
• Returns are eligible for store credit only.
• Items must be returned with a receipt and can be returned for store credit only.
• Intimates, hats, clearance, and seasonal items are FINAL SALEand are NOT returnable.
• Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.
• SHOES MUST BE PACKAGED IN A PROTECTIVE BOX OR BAG! Do NOT affix a label directly to the shoe box or it will be marked Return to Sender and not eligible for return. 
• Please include your name and order number, as well as why you are returning the item.

• Send your unwanted item back within 14 days to receive store credit.  
• All unwanted items must be received within the 14 day window, no exceptions will be made.  
• Once your return has been received and your store credit issued, simply re-order the item you are wanting, as we cannot guarantee an exchange will be available for your particular item.

• If an item arrives to you damaged, we ask that you return it to us immediately.  
• You will need to report the damaged item to us within 14 days of receipt.
• If the item is returned to PCB and we find sign of wear or damage, the package will be returned to you and a refund will not be given.
